Advert description
I first discover what the student is interested in, what they enjoy and what they don't like so much. I then attempt to discover their current ability in the subject area.
From there I create a structure for the session with the student so we both know where we are heading and what we set out to achieve together.
I often use timers like the pomodoro technique so the session maintains focus and direction. Of course, the discussions can digress due to natural flow of a session and I believe this to be healthy providing conversation isn't off track from the session.
Through the agreed structure and content direction between the student and I, we are ale to focus on the learning through methods the student can relate to.
I have almost 15 years of teaching experience both private one to one and professional in dBs Institute HE University in Bristol UK.
I have taught a wide range of subjects from learning to be creative, to making drums sounds with synths and much more.
I consider myself very experienced and I am extremely passionate about providing the best possible tuition I can.
