As a nurse and someone that has always been around kids, I am able to connect and gain respect from children/teens very quickly. I believe by building a student tutor relationship built on respect I will be able to assist the child/teen with their education. In Nursing you are frequently required to utilise various mathematical formulas and use them in real life (very important) situations. Since I have completed a bachelors degree I have proven the ability to learn new things when needed. I will learn what the students interests are and specific learning style so that I can cater to their needs. One of my best attributes is patience which I believe is essential when tutoring.
