How am I qualified to help you do all of that? Well, I was a professional volleyball athlete, I'm a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), I have my MSc in S&C and Sports Performance + 10 years of personal training, mentoring and business experience under my belt. Beyond this I am now training to be a dancer and am a Reiki healer... whewww that's a lot...
The passionate reasons: I have had the pleasure of training people of all different backgrounds and abilities from kids to professional athletes to those living with neurodegenerative disorders like Parkinsons, to corporate wellness programmes. This is hands down the best part of my job: being able to help all different kinds of people with different interests and in different stages of life.
