I am well educated and well read. I am a curious individual and love to learn something new every day. I am passionate about education and the art of writing.

I have a CELTA from Cambridge University and taught English as a foreign language in Madrid for a year. I learnt how to plan lessons, but to also to allow the students the flexibility to take said lesson in a different direction. It is all about being well prepared, making sure the lesson is informative for the student(s) and also fun. They take in more when in a relaxed environment. I have a BA in humanities and an MA in Political Communication. I would be happy to teach from a wide range of fields - European history, sociology, literature, political, communications, political communication, child psychology, writing , and, of course, English as a foreign language. I have mentored writers for several years for a New York agency.
