Violin teacher providing tuition to people of all levels and ages

I’m a professional violinist, violin teacher, and graduate of the Royal College of Music in London.

My teaching approach will look slightly different for each individual student, however my priorities include training a good ear, technical brilliance, and most importantly, instilling a love of music and playing the violin! These are all things I was lucky enough to learn from my own violin teachers, so I hope to pass them on to my own students.

My main priority as a violin teacher is to be flexible. Many aspects of violin playing can be taught in so many different ways, and the best way really depends on the individual student. For example, some of my previous students responded well to lots of fun and games, whilst others preferred to keep things more serious (both are great!)

Whilst I am classically trained, I also love to play and teach other musical genres on the violin. I’m open to teaching my students any kind of music they feel is relevant to them. So if you’re interested in learning how to play your favourite pop, folk, rock, Disney songs etc., I will 100% support and encourage this!
