I view myself as a very honest and motivating figure. I enforce the philosophy that hard work perceivers natural talent.

I follow a structured lesson of a 10 minute opening where we cover the concepts of the lesson, why this maths is important, and what type of questions will apply to this form of mathematics. My main body of the lesson will consist of the majority of our content. This will have examples, guided questions, and then problems for the student to solve on their own. Then, for the final 10 minutes, we will have a structured closing where we recap on the key points of the lesson and try to eliminate any misconceptions that may’ve arisen. I try to be very friendly to my students and make them want to do better. It’s important to take an interest and get to know them as forming a solid relationship which allows students to be more honest, work harder for their tutor, and enjoy the lessons a bit more.
