I am very ambitious and wish to tailor lessons to each individual and ensure they are successful in examinations.

structure each lesson into two sections. The first section focuses on teaching/ recapping content whilst explaining key concepts and addressing gaps in the students knowledge. I usually carry this out through utilising the whiteboard to type and explain the content whilst also consistently engaging the student through asking them questions and giving them problems to solve. I also often use videos and quizzes to help engage the students and to simplify some of the content for them. The second section of the lesson then focuses on past exam questions where I ask the student to apply their knowledge into answering exam style questions. I then mark their work in front of them, addressing the mistakes they made and teaching them what structures and techniques they should use to gain the highest marks. I have found that a lack of exam practice is a key problem that is not being addressed sufficiently in schools. Rest assured, I will do all I can to ensure the student is best prepared for the day of the exam.
