Feeling overwhelmed by exams, procrastination, or self-doubt? My name is Angela and I am a student coach to support students from secondary all the way up to University/adults with managing stress, staying motivated and developing effective study and time management skills. I have a Diploma in Transformational Coaching and use a person centred approach to understand students specific struggles and goals (including but not limited to time management, stress and anxiety, motivation and procrastination, self confidence, goal setting, study skills, social skills). Using various tools and questioning we develop strategies to overcome the challenges, build confidence and achieve success. I am also a qualified yoga teacher and use breathing / stretching techniques to help students achieve a calm body and mind to help unlock your full potential (optional).
