Tutor teaches a wide range of subjects and languages to students of varying ages

I am currently a history student at Trinity College Dublin. My previous roles in the educational sectors have included 8 years of experience working as a part-time private tutor and time as teaching assistant at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. During this time, I gained valuable experience teaching a wide range of subjects and languages to students of varying ages.
As a teaching assistant, I was in charge of assisting with lessons and monitoring students, as well as leading classes and assisting students with study skills and special assignments. The experience allowed me to develop my interpersonal communication skills and childcare experience by requiring me to present the material sensibly. I understand the importance of providing a safe environment for students to learn, and my goal has always been to help students learn better by creating an environment that is both fun and productive, so they look forward to coming to learn.
In my work as a private tutor teaching English, German and Luxembourgish, I have taught young students to a high level of competence. I curated multilingual lessons and devised methods for students to facilitate the learning process and engage with the subject more effectively.
My aim is to ensure that the teaching activities remain engaging, exciting, and challenging.
