Tutor for Higher and/or Foundation GCSE Mathematics and GCSE Statistics

As someone who understands first-hand the struggle and fear that students often face when confronting maths, I have a friendly, encouraging approach to helping students overcome hurdles and achieve their very best. I have achieved a 9 in GCSE Maths, 9 in GCSE Further Maths and an A in A Level Maths. This means I have a masterful grasp on the subject and on the specific type of questions that are likely to appear on exams. Currently, I am studying for a BSc in Psychology at King's College London. Having sat my A Levels not so long ago, I am more in-touch with the stress of exams, how to handle it, and on the process itself, therefore enabling me to support students through the pre-exam and exam season. Furthermore, my age benefits me when trying to connect with high school students, as the discrepancy is not large enough to lead to miscommunications or misunderstandings. It is my personal belief that building a trusting relationship with the student, as well as building a safe environment for them to make mistakes, is key to the student's success.
