Hello & virtual greetings; my name is Sanna! I'm an American-Swedish interdisciplinary academic. I completed my MSc in Wild Animal Biology a few years ago, so I have fresh memories (or PTSD?) of being a student. Presently, I work as a researcher for UCL, studying animal behaviour in the context of neuroscience (i.e., neuroethology). My current research takes me to ZSL's London Zoo and the southern beaches of Portugal. I have been fortunate to study a wide range of subjects, from art and language to STEM. I absolutely love helping people find joy and fun in learning!

I have experience working with kids aged 6-14 through various previous employments, including my time as an after-school art and science teacher. Additionally, I hold a Teaching and Learning in Higher Education Certificate from the RVC, which qualifies me to mentor Bachelor's and Master's candidates in the UK. My expertise lies within STEM basics; however, I am also educated in graphic design, photography, literature and composition.
