I have years of experience in marketing, sales, business strategy, and leadership. I have also been an art and Italian teacher for adults and teens. I later specialized as a Coach in career changes and transitions, offering individual and team coaching in goal reformulation, performance optimization, leadership development, stress management, resilience, and Growth Mindset. My lessons use active listening to identify and facilitate the dissolution of resistance by coordinating concrete action plans that are easily achievable.
