I am a Stem teacher, I have taught students between 6 - 17 years old

According to my humble feeling about education, I apply four pillars or the foundation that help my students achieve their academic goals and ready them for service in their field:

1.- We must know our students, know their strengths, abilities and also weaknesses. it is important to start with a good and correct diagnosis so that the development of the class can be adapted to everyone.
2.- We must identify the best teaching method according to the needs of our students, this is key depending on the type of subject being taught and learning style of the student.
3.- Each class must be motivating, so that students arrive early and are left wanting more, this requires the teacher to know how to best present each topic in his class.
4.- I always relate real world work practice to each class, it must be demonstrated that what we are learning is applied in the workplace, to do so we will master both sides of the profession. The result is a productive person ready to perform above expectations.
