Spanish tutor for all ages, all levels

I was born and raised in Chile, studied Architecture at the country's top university. My spanish is perfect and very advanced, best described as castilian spanish as spoken in South America (Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, etc). Lived half my later life in Houston TX, where one interacts with hispanics of many different nations. I've personally taught spanish to several people through the years, and can tailor the lessons to whatever specialty/niche is required. Engineering, commerce, economics, philosophy, politics, sports, entertainment, music, poetry, lifestyle, religion, science, etc. As a professional singer-songwriter for decades, I've written and performed both in english and spanish, thus my spanish exceed the normal level of day to day needs. I worked for years as an exporter of MRI's in Houston TX, our clients basically small and large Latin American corporations as well as all the american auto makers based there. So I do understand very well the fluidity/interaction between english and spanish in working environments. I am also well versed in high level technocracy/policies/gov and mainstream media spanish. I can provide lessons at all sshedules, night or day.
