I have a 'student first' approach of teaching, which starts with 'needs assessment' where I try to establish the level of understanding currently with the student. Then the 'gap identification' where we agree mutually where we need to focus on, then 'roadmap planning' where we agree on a plan for development and finally 'knowledge sharing' where I impart the knowledge as per the roadmap and at regular intervals, there are 'assessments' to check the knowledge transfer.
