Science teacher providing lessons to children of all age

I am pursuing my Masters in MSc. Laparoscopic surgery and surgical skills and I've done my bachelor's in medicine and surgery (M.B.B.S)
I organise classes according to the needs of each student. Lessons are preplanned in advance and well executed with basic conceptual understanding. At the end of each lesson, the whole class is summarised in few mins as a revision. I plan to organise weekly tests in general for the portion covered in a week. These tests however can be rearranged at intervals suitable to the student.
