Communication - I have a really strong sense of communication and influencing others positively through relevant and practical communication.i can willingly communicate with a variety of people from different age groups ethnic backgrounds and personalities as well as different mindsets either passive or active.I can also speak a variety of languages such as fluent English and Turkish as well as some Spanish and French from what I have learnt from school. Resilience/Staying Positive - In my personal life I have always believed that resilience is one of the key values I should always practise throughout my life to achieve the best for myself and people in my surroundings.I extremely love working towards topics and sectors I struggle with the most due to being very competitive and always trying to beat my side always trying to put me down.For example I had helped a Yr 10 student who was struggling with maths and he was not motivated at all to improve nor learn.He had accepted the idea that he was going to fail however I decided that I could help him if I never give up on teaching him and helping him again more knowledge around topics he was finding difficult.By the end of the term I managed to build up his confidence and encouraged him to having an active mindset.This therefore helped him improve his understanding and maths skills as he participated more in my revision sessions. I would listen and identify the areas of knowledge that the student is lacking once I identify the area of lack of knowledge I will go through step by step the ways we can solve each question related to the content.
