Coaching consists of me asking you questions to deepen your self awareness and shift perspectives.
Together we will agree and identify a couple of goals and well-being priorities that you will take action on weekly
We discuss strategies and tools that you can use and apply
Worksheets are available to use but not essential
We will review whats working well and/or needs tweaking
Our sessions will be honest, open but not to serious.
I will challenge you to push yourself where possible, they will be engaging, thought provoking and fun
