My name is Emma (she/her) and I'm a qualified History teacher (Outstanding PGCE & First Class Honours in BA History) with 4 years of classroom experience and consistently high exam results. I am available for KS3, KS4 and KS5 online tutoring. My engaging lessons are full of subject passion, fun and exam guidance (if required). I love teaching and want all of my students to enjoy their time in the classroom, regardless of ability and accessibility needs, and therefore will provide differentiated resources if necessary.

I have taught many different time periods across the History KS3, KS4 and KS5 curriculum and can adapt my lesson content to your needs. My specialist subjects include:

- AQA Elizabethan England GCSE

- AQA Britain: Power and the people: c1170 to the present day GCSE

I am also available for online English teaching for KS3, English as additional language teaching for KS3 and KS4, as well as essay writing guidance and support with reading, writing and spelling and grammar in general. I have an English Literature A-level and have spent several months volunteering as an English teacher in Bali for underprivileged students (3-18). I have also volunteered as a reading mentor in UK primary and secondary schools. I am a native English speaker.
