I am a qualified coach in transpersonal psychology. I help clients explore their interconnected self and find meaning in life.

I am a communications major and a poet as well as a psychology and yoga teacher. I will combine these skills and teach in a holistic and mindful way. I will always lead from a place of empathy and good humour. My primary aim will always be to create a safe, warm and non judgmental space. Together we will embark on a healing, learning journey and explore the physical, mental, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual modalities of self.
