Firstly, I will ascertain the candidate's current competency level and goal/objectives for seeking tutoring for instance exam support, to determine the knowledge gap. Afterwards, I will establish a lecture plan based on the candidate's goals and preferred mode of delivery including the pace of teaching and timeline. The lecture plan will include notes briefly explaining the concepts, illustrations and exercises for personal study. The note will be used to deliver the lecture carefully explaining the concepts in lay man terms while walking through the illustrations and the end, assigning exercises, which will be reviewed on the next lecture day.
