Advert description
The scientific aspect of psychology and research projects can be daunting but a growth mindset can do anything.
I have a MSc degree in Psychology but I am also trained as an executive function coach to help you improve weaker areas of cognitive execution.
Executive functions are interrelated cognitive processes. Core executive functions:
• Inhibitory and interference control – self-control, selective attention, cognitive inhibition, resisting temptations and resisting acting impulsively
• Working memory – our mental workspace that controls our ability to retain and manipulate pieces of information over short periods of time
• Cognitive flexibility – thinking “outside the box”, seeing things from different perspectives, and quickly and flexibly adapting to changed circumstances
• Organisational skills – time management, prioritizing, planning, task initiation but also goal persistence
The lessons are 100% student centred and adapted to each individuals style of learning.I am here to help, to advise, to set goals and to make sure that you don't forget to have fun with a subject that sets you up for life.
