I recognized individual learning styles and personalities within the group setting and actively worked to incorporate tailored instruction when possible, providing students with what they needed to achieve their goals. Specifically this allowed me to assist students with Foreign Language Learning Difficulties and increase student achievement. My classroom activities focused on hands-on learning objectives, practical situations and proficiency-based curricula. This prepared the student to use the language and interact in multiple levels in the target language. I worked cooperatively with other instructors when creating activities such as debates or field trips to promote teamwork and to help ensure that the students use the language actively and useful to learning objectives.
