I am a Professional Chef with almost 11 years of experience in South East Asian Cuisine, Western and Mediterranean Cuisine as well as in Mexican and French Cuisine.
My journey to becoming a Chef started in Philippines and through my years of experience in different countries like UAE, Seychelles Island, some parts of Asia like Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar,Thailand where i gain the different rank in the kitchen
Beside that I have been working cruised around South America,Europe, and some parts of Italy as part of my job.A Private Chef for VIP client in the Philippines and add to that i been working as a Sole chef in a private sailing yacht in USA traveling to Caribbean island where I am in charge of provisioning, stocking, budgeting, and cooking international cuisine to top ViP and well-known guest.Just recently working in Hotels at Ireland and Yacht chef at Motor yacht in Turkey and currently Sous Chef at 5 star hotel in Lake District United kingdom.
A Degree holder at De Lasalle College of Saint Benilde (BSHRIM)and a Member of Best of Gastronomie International an independent chef and gourmets organization based in France
