For highschool students I would go over their homework with them, help them out with their writing and speaking skills. For this I would go over some grammar, writing styles and have a dedicated time for infomal talks to build their trust in their speaking skills and give them tools such as idioms and specific vocabulary. Regarding undergraduates, these could take the same form as for highschool students with more attention paid on "writing at an academic level".
