I am an experienced and passionate teacher, I love guiding my clients through their journey. The lessons will be designed for you, depending on where you are with your practice, wether you are a total beginner or more advanced. Yoga is for everyone, every body type, no matter how flexible you are or how old you are. There is always a way to practice :)

I am passionate about the anatomical aspect of yoga and I love understanding how the body works, and how it can function better. But yoga is so much more than just a physical activity. It is an internal discovery, and yoga is not visible from the outside. So don't worry if you can't touch your feet in a forward bend, or if going up and down is challenging !

I will always tailor my sequences for you, depending on your body and physical abilities.
