Presentation and list of my work and studying experinces

Hi there! I'm Benedetta, I live in a medium size city in central-southern Italy, by the coast of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. I'm also a motivated Italian student specializing in Human Sciences with a Social Economic focus, currently studying at a high school in Italy. I bring a unique international perspective, having completed a year of study abroad in Wisconsin, USA, which honed my English language skills and deepened my
intercultural awareness. Since 2021, I have gained practical experience in
administrative support within my family’s businesses—a driver’s license school
and an insurance office—where I manage documentation, handle customer
inquiries, and communicate effectively via email, text, and phone. Additionally,
I served as a bilingual teaching assistant in a private English school for
children from 2022 to 2023, supporting language instruction and classroom
management. I am eager to leverage these skills and experiences in future
academic and professional settings.
