In my role as programme leader, it is important also supporting my academic team in the Planning of the lessons. It is a crucial aspect of effective teaching, as it helps create a clear path for learning and ensures that instructional goals are met. Teaching often involves finding creative ways to convey complex ideas or adapting your teaching methods to suit different learning styles. Overcoming these challenges and finding innovative solutions can bring a sense of accomplishment.
