I am writing to express my interest in the Online Teaching to the Engineering and Science Students. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and over 10 years of teaching, research, and management experience, I am confident in my ability to teach effectively to students from diverse background. My educational background, including a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, has equipped me with a strong foundation in Science, Engineering and its applications. I have a proven track record of teaching foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate students. My teaching experience spans various countries, including South Korea, Pakistan, Oman, and currently, the UAE, where I am associated with a UK University Campus in Dubai. In my current role, I teach a range of mechanical, energy, and general science subjects, such as Engineering Mathematics, Thermofluids, Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer, Sustainable Energy systems, and Energy Analysis Techniques. My research expertise lies in water desalination, renewable energy, salinity gradient power generation, and carbon capture. I have published around 30 papers, showcasing my commitment to advancing knowledge in these areas. I have extensive experience in online teaching, utilizing platforms like MS Teams and employing recording software like Panopto for flip learning methods. My proficiency in virtual learning environments (VLE) includes Blackboard, Learning Management System, Brightspace (Learning Zone), and Moodle. These platforms enable me to provide learning materials, interact with students, and facilitate course assessments and feedback effectively.
