My teaching have process of consulting, planning, amending-schedule, listening with entertainment. As speaking is th most important, the style of mine is to lead them to use more diverse words and sentences with their confidence, followed by target settlement. I experienced to teach korean culture to student who learn Korean in Lithuania as an intern at the NGO. With structured lessons for 1 month, the number of students increased 40 % and held special lessons targeting tourist, and have good relationships with the students now on. Few of them are studying in Korea Uni by consulting their future career. Thus, understanding needs and dragging confidence from them is my key point for teaching student.
