Advert description
My online pedagogy is chiefly orientated towards theoretical instruction. Learners may select either bespoke one-to-one tutorials or opt for participation in intimate group sessions. Employing a chronological narrative interspersed with engaging and pivotal moments, I aim to elucidate the evolution of cinema, thus imparting a comprehensive understanding of film history. Additionally, my teaching is structured to explore cinematic aesthetics and philosophy through the lens of regional cinema or specific film genres, fostering a rich, contextual learning environment. A considerable emphasis is placed on facilitating discourse within the classroom, thereby cultivating a space where pupils are encouraged to articulate their perspectives.
Face-to-face instruction is fundamentally practical, limited to a maximum of three students per session to guarantee individual attention and ensure thorough comprehension of practical skills. Tailored to align with the learners' interests and aspirations, I am equipped to provide expert instruction in areas of my proficiency, including but not limited to film editing, colour correction, and the art of photography, thereby enhancing their practical skill set in the domain of film production.
