I am passionate about teaching people to use their body to achieve regulation and improve over all well being. My classes are aimed at anybody seeking to improve their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.

My classes can be modified to each student, whether that be in a group setting or 1-1. Classes can be delivered online or in person. I will introduce the philosophy behind the science of yoga and how it can benefit them on a day to day basis. Classes will involve moving the body into certain poses to achieve greater flexibility and ability of the body. To feel more comfortable in the body will also work with the mind and the emotions to achieve a more comfortable state of being and living. I will also introduce the comfortability In a person's internal world, so that they can better understand themselves and others.
