I am able to work 1-2-1 or a small group. During my time as a tutor, I developed strong communication skills by breaking down complex topics into more manageable parts and adjusting my explanations based on the student’s level of understanding. I made sure to listen carefully to their concerns so I could address gaps in their knowledge. I also have experience of working with students with learning disabilities. I customized my tutoring methods based on the learning preferences of each student. For visual learners, I incorporated diagrams and flowcharts, while for those who preferred a hands-on approach, I focused on interactive exercises.
