I’d like to teach down to earth fun sessions and lessons based on my fitness,health and nutrition qualification aswell as my level 2 in gym instructing and a Dimploma in personal training. The gym scene is confusing and complicated and I’d like to make it fun and interesting for people new to it so they can fall in love with it like me.
