I have experience in customer care, and teaching special needs children. This requires a lot of patience, empathy and sensitivity and I am here give the best service. I have been placed in top 10 call agents from all of the UK several times when I worked for NHS 111 Covid 19 helpline, as I worked hard and selflessly during heights of covid, to help ensure safetly of people, specially the vulnerable. I shall do the same as a tutor, make sure we learn together, one step at a time.
