I have mentored online one to one and know that building a relationship is the first step to success. I also have taught in groups working with carers and parents and their children. create a project and send out a description so they are prepared. I vary the lessons but build them up to a finished item. ( cartoon, illustrated story, landscape, greeting card etc. )
