I am open minded and encourage others to challenge my ideas as well as their own, through respectful engagements and dialogues.

I'm a visual learner, therefore I think it's crucial to know how my tutees/mentees prefer learning. I'll then be able to adapt lesson content to encompass many if not all learning types and base it more on an open discussion as opposed to one way traffic. (Moreso with subjects such as emotional intelligence, communication and leadership skills).
