No contexto português, a Shanda trouxe uma serie de novos conceitos e temas que ainda não são muito abordados em Portugal, e são indispensáveis para qualquer ser humano independentemente do seu background profissional, cultural ou pessoal.

Shanda has coached me for Inclusive Emotional Intelligence courses and has also helped me to look at how I can progress my career in my chosen field. Shanda's tutoring has expanded my view of myself, my value and what I am capable of - I cannot thank them enough for their incredible insight and guidance. I don't think I would be exploring my own growth in quite the same way without Shanda's input and I feel like I've learned years worth of facilitation skills because Shanda uses inclusive methods that I have responded really well to. Being neurodivergent means standardised training can often work against my natural learning style and Shanda manages to make their approach bespoke.
