I have been a primary school teacher for 2 years and I have experience in working with KS1 to KS2. Before teaching a child, I would use baseline assessment to understand their strength and weakness. Once I understand the student strength and weakness, I will create a lesson based on what the student finds hard and use resources to support the student in building confidence in themselves to ensure they are able to overcome their difficulties. I do my very best to make sure the student feels comfortable and I always want my student to do their best.
