Here is my general methodology, and it is adapted for each level and each student:

We study prononciation, a grammar rule, and a vocabulary theme.
Then we do exercices to practice.
After this, we have an oral conversation and you have the opportunity to use the grammar rules and the vocabulary studied.

On a regular basis, we review words studied previously.
Besides, I can send homework, if you want to progress faster.
