Online English classes with experienced tutor. I teach students who want to learn English better or as a foreign language. As a psychology graduate myself, I am able to teach psychology students who want to better understand their material.

I have 5 years of experience in teaching english to adults and children (7-17) and I am also working with other online teaching platforms in Greece and Spain. I also have I have experience as an examiner of English Language certifications. In my adult classes, I often follow a no-book teaching; I create personalized lessons based on the interests, preferences and specific needs of the student (ie grammar/speaking etc). Our lesson starts with a conversation, then I provide you with some vocabulary for the day and we watch a short video on youtube together. We then go over the vocab and may read an article on the same topic in order to have a short discussion about it. Lastly, we will work on some grammar and exercises. Adults benefit more from this type of teaching because it is curated to their interests and needs and takes into account any prior knowledge that they may already have of the language. Building a personal connection with my students is as important as choosing the right teaching tools.

For my younger students, we follow english learner books, as the structure they provide is helpful for first time leearners. I use interactive methods (videos, games, e-book activities) to keep their interest!
