Online Chinese Tutor - Part Time position at Findtutors

Although I have no experience in teaching Chinese to children, I have taught English to children in Malaysia. I believe there are similarities in language teaching. With Mandarin as my mother tongue, I believe I am able to enrich my classroom with historical background and stories very well.

I have worked with students studying in China to polish their thesis/dissertations and I am very patient in helping them differentiate between the use of words.

Comparative Education is my current major. After 2 semesters of study, I have a good understanding of the education systems of the major countries in the world and have gained a deeper insight into the education systems of the UK and China. I believe I am able to be very respectful of the experiences of children growing up in each culture.
