I am Noveean educator and a mental health advocate in a humanitari, an context. I consider myself an open-minded and flexible person who loves to explore the world through boundless travels. I enjoy sharing my stories and the lessons I've learned during my adventures.

How do I usually do it?

First, I need to assess the learner's motivation by asking about their learning goals. After that, I will gauge the learner's existing knowledge of the subject to establish a baseline.

All of this information will be the basis for how I will design lesson plans, including the content, approach, methodology, and so on. I am a learner-centered teacher, which means I adapt my approach to suit the learner's needs. More importantly, I consider myself a pragmatic and passionate teacher.
