I am a private tutor with little experience but a lot to give. I don't have a specific method, with flexibility being the key word. When teaching maths or sciences, I'd be able to take questions and help the student get to the right answers, as well as help with homework and studying to tests. If it is related to English teaching, I'd be able to prepare a few exercises and classes but the focus would be on conversation and correcting mistakes. The flexibility, of course, is there.
