Private lessons with one to one sessions. I would start off with a 5 minute conversation regarding what the learner wants to achieve. I will plan my lessons according to the requirements of the student. I will teach them for the allotted time with different activities, nearing the end of the lesson. I will do a re-cap then Q&A session of anything that was not fully understood. After that ask what they would like to focus on for the next lesson with set goals in mind.
