My Credentials:

After obtaining an MBiol in Biology, I specialised by undertaking an MSc in Microbiology and Infection and was awarded the Prize for Academic Excellence for finishing top of my class.

Following graduation, I worked as a science writer, then worked for 2 years as a medical writer. Accordingly, I have a sound understanding of various biological concepts, the pharmaceutical industry, medical compliance, and interpretation of medical literature.

Independent of work, this year I published an original research article in the BMJ Open analysing the use of traditional Chinese medicine in Austria. I have studied Chinese for a number of years and can communicate it at a fundamental level.
