Native Arabic and bilingual speaker of the English language

Before talking about the lessons. ,I am a type of a person who is very friendly and cheerful. I gave lessons according to the needs of the learner. I have studied business English at the higher institute of applied studies in humanities of Tunis. At the moment I'm working as a customer care representative for an international company which provides a printing service, I daily receive calls from customers "native English" regarding their orders, the delivery, the creation, the issues that they may face in all the stages, the calls can remains between 5 minutes to one hour. I have a friendly way to deliver an excellent customer service to the customer. I had an experience as a private tutor for 6 years at home. I make relationship with my pupils .I am dynamic and I have a multi-tasking nature of doing a lot of things.I am flexible to work different shifts. Indeed, I have always believed that the way the information is delivered is more important than the information itself because we all know the traditional way of teaching in our schools.The learner needs to be motivated. Learn and play is a major principle of teaching children to me for example, for adults the teacher needs to be friendly and deliver the information in a friendly manner because building relationship in learning is as much important as teaching as well.
