Myself Forum Rana. My lessons are aimed totally towards student’s growth in terms of collaborative learning and achieving success.

I personally believe that a tutor is the foremost human being that can shape a student’s career in terms of effective learning, carrying out in-built capabilities, interests, determined and smart work and at last guiding him towards successful life. Teaching is not only my passion but it’s a routine which I’m always inclined to. My skills include Subject Expertise, Communication, Patience, Adaptability, Motivation, Empathy, Organisation, Feedback, Technological Proficiency and many more. The first step towards teaching is Introduction in which I will explain the meaning of the topic and why it is necessary to learn. Secondly, I shall explain the concepts, that is presenting new information clearly and concisely. The next step would be explaining the topic in detail by applying various teaching methods which includes lectures, demonstrations, multimedia. After wards doubts session where students shall ask regarding to the topic and I’ll give accurate information. Then comes Guided Practise which states involving students in activities that reinforce the lesson. The another step would be Independent Practise where students will be given different tasks pertaining to the above activities explained which they’ll perform without tutor’s guidance. Then comes Assessment which consists of quizzes, tests or other exams to measure learning. After checking these, the last step would be appreciating students for their approach and improving them as well if lacking in certain areas.
