I adjust my teaching to match each student’s learning style. In the first lesson, we do a short personality test to help me understand how they learn best.
My lessons are a two-way conversation — I don’t just talk at students. I encourage questions and make sure we’re learning together. I give homework after every session to help them prepare for the next one.
I also have experience working with students who have additional needs, especially those with autism or ADHD. I always aim to make my lessons clear, calm, and supportive.
