I am very passionate about Mindfulness and enjoy teaching it.
This course introduces simple mindfulness exercises like focused breathing, body scans, and sensory awareness to cultivate present moment awareness. I will lead guided mindfulness sessions to help participants experience mindfulness firsthand and encourage regular practice. We will discuss ways to incorporate mindfulness into daily life, such as mindful eating, walking, and communication.
We will the reflect on the effects of mindfulness practice, both during sessions and in daily life, to deepen understanding and motivation.
